Components:

For the burgers:

  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 1 whole egg
  • 20 milliliters of milk
  • 40 grams of ketchup
  • 20 grams of mustard
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil
  • For the pico de gallo sauce:

    • 4 tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup onion
    • 2 pitted jalapeño peppers
    • 2 green peppers
    • chopped cilantro
    • lemon juice
    • salt and black pepper

    To assemble the burgers:

    • 12 corn flour tortillas
    • chopped lettuce
    • 12 slices of Cheddar cheese
    • 250 grams of pancetta in strips

    How to prepare the beef burger quesadilla:

    1. Chop the tomatoes, the onion together with the peppers and coriander. Place in a bowl to make the Pico de Gallo sauce.
    2. Add the lemon juice to the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Mix the vegetables with the oil and leave them in the fridge.
    4. Put the meat in a container with the eggs, milk, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, a pinch of salt and ground pepper, garlic and bread.
