- 150 g butter at room temperature
- 100 grams of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 180 g sifted flour or all-purpose semolina
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 ml whole or vegetable milk
Preheat the oven to 180°C
With the help of the mixer, mix the butter until it becomes creamy, then add the sugar, vanilla and eggs one by one, continue beating until all the ingredients are incorporated.
In a separate container, mix the flour, salt, soda and baking powder, we must sift beforehand to avoid lumps in the mixture. You take the previous preparation and alternate with milk.
Once everything is combined, grease a large cake tin with a little butter or vegetable oil, pour in the mixture and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
